Mr Masood is very knowledgable and great at what he does. I have been seen by him for the past year and a half and have had multiple surgeries and scans for my condition. He gave me great care and I am very happy with how I am healing now. It was a shame I had to wait 1 year between surgeries as my condition worsened. I found it hard to get through to the admin team as I was trying to speed up the process of getting another surgery while having to come into hospital through multiple overnight stays due to my condition. However, I understand everyone is doing the best they can given the strain on the NHS with wait times. The system needs to be changed.
